Professional Activities

Laurdan consultants are frequent authors, lecturers, and advisors on HR management and employment practices liability risk management issues.  Laurdan consultants have also testified before Congress and state legislatures and agencies.  Recent professional activities include:

Publications and Articles

In addition to ELLA®, now in its tenth edition, Laurdan consultants have written, edited, reviewed, and contributed materials for numerous publications, including: HR Magazine, the Journal of Compensation and Benefits, the Loss Control Quarterly, Outsourcing Journal, and Worksite Solutions.  Laurdan consultants also authored the chapter on Unemployment Insurance Cost management for the Employee Benefits Handbook, Warren, Gorham, Lamont publishers, and reviewed Employment Termination Source Book, SHRM publisher, and Human Resources, Barron's Educational Series, Inc., ppublisher.  Recent publication and articles include:
